Schedule a Visit
Find Us Here

We're right in the heart of Vancouver, close to the waterfront. Street parking available, or take the SkyTrain to Burrard Station - it's just a 5-minute walk.

Not Ready to Reach Out Yet?

That's totally cool. Take your time browsing through our portfolio and past projects. When you're ready to chat, we'll be here. Architecture isn't something you rush into anyway.

Common Questions We Get

Figured we'd answer these upfront to save you some time

How long does a typical project take?

Honestly? It depends. Residential projects usually run 6-12 months from concept to construction docs. Commercial stuff can stretch longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your scope.

Do you work outside Vancouver?

Yeah, we do projects throughout BC and occasionally beyond. If it's farther out, we just factor in travel logistics. Good design knows no boundaries, right?

What's your design process like?

We start with listening - understanding how you actually live or work. Then sketches, lots of back-and-forth, 3D models when needed. It's collaborative, not us dictating what we think looks cool.

Can you work with my existing builder?

Absolutely. We've worked with tons of contractors over the years. If you've got someone you trust, great. If not, we can recommend folks we know do solid work.
